Shipping Information

All orders are packed & shipped from Brisbane, Queensland.

We are a small team of 1-2 and pack orders as quickly as we can!! We aim to process all orders within 2-4 business days. During busier times such as live sales & holiday periods you may have to wait a little longer, but we appreciate your patience and support.

At this time we only ship within Australia & New Zealand. This will be expanding again soon.

If your order has not arrived by its due date please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. Each courier company have their own investigation processes and we work closely with them to locate, replace or refund your order to the best of our ability. 

Please note if a customer enters the wrong shipping address and the parcel is declared as lost, we are unable to refund your order or shipping costs. 

Choose Signature on delivery at checkout to add extra security to your order. If you are not home to sign for it, your parcel will be kept at a local post office.
