All orders are packed with care & shipped from Brisbane, Queensland.

Packaging

All crystals are wrapped with bio degradable bubble wrap

In some cases your order may be packed with plastic bubble wrap that has been reused from our suppliers

Damaged Items

We make sure all orders are packed safely with our protective wrapping

In the off chance your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately at info@onlystellar.com.au with photo evidence of your damaged order. 

Please keep hold of all packaging

You will be supplied a return label

We will notify you once we’ve received your return and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 12 business days. Alternatively, a credit can be issued immediately once your return is received.
